After riding a motorcycle for 9 hours, we were completely exhausted, hungry, and ready to call it a day. A woman at the front desk said that there were 10 minutes left for the cocktail hour (or something like that), and it basically meant free dinner! It was absolutely the cherry on top of a beautiful hotel that was insanely comfortable and was a knock-out in every way (perfect temperature, beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms in the lobby were super clean, and the hotel team was amazing). The cocktail dinner and breakfast were OUTSTANDING! Not only did they still serve a full buffet during COVID, the cooks went out of their way to accommodate our no pork request for dinner (cooked up some green beans without bacon) and for breakfast (cooked up some scrambled eggs with veggies, instead of pork sausage). Hands down the kindest hotel team we've ever worked with. Thanks so much y'all!

I don’t eat breakfast but if I did, it would meet up my needs. Booking lodging is like a box of chocolates. In this case, it’s all good. The lobby and gathering area was very welcoming, complete with fireplace. The suite had everything I would require for a longer stay. It was clean. The shopping center just up the street would provide me with everything from entertainment (the Cinema), to groceries (Von’s), restaurants, fitness ( Club Pilates), clothing, etc. Very quiet, off the beaten path. Should I return to Bakersfield, this will definitely be my lodging of choice.

The hotel was great for a short stay as we drove from SF to Vegas. The room we had was more like an apartment with a full kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms and bathroom. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast, not too bad but not great either which is the same as any other hotel we stayed at in the US. The location was good, in a nice part of Bakersfield and quiet since it's in a business park type area so little traffic outside of work hours. It was easy to drive to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and the price was good for the quality of the hotel.

Breakfast was served between 6-10am with plenty of choices of hot and cold items. Although I did not join for the evening reception (Monday-Thursday), it looks like they serve actual hot dinner with drinks. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby which is a bonus for me. My room was plenty big with everything I need for duration of my stay.

A lovely hotel in a good area of Bakersfield. The room was really comfortable, super comfy bed, power shower over the bath and convenient parking. Lots of restaurants in a short walking distance. Breakfast was perfect. lots of choice.
